    Hi, very new in lightings. Currently hall go 3 X 36 PLL ceiling lights. After 3 mths, 2 blow out.

    Got the supplier to change free. Now this same 2 blow out again. Sian liao :(

    Though of changing to track light with energy savings lamp ....like those er... tornado.

    Don't tell me to use LED, cos don't wanna spent too much. I intend to stay this hse for another 3 yrs only. Any recommendation of lightings model number or shops.

    My previous light bought at lightings.com.sg . Don't want to use them TIA :)

    Hi Check the balast. You may be have a balast that is of higher waltage then you lamp, or thr balast is not working properly.

    You can try "Hai Chew" at seragoon ave 3, you can see the shop somewhere after the underpass if you travel from hougang ave 3 towards AMK, block 15x. The place where it is famous for the ornament fish shop.

    I am looking for Buying Kitchen Hob and Hood. My questions are:

    Which is the best place to buy from (lot of discounts or promotions)?

    Try Adamas, 199 Jln Bersar, look for May.

    Which Brand is good for Hob? Which brand is good for HOOD?

    Fujioh not bad.

    Do I need to go for Chimney HOOD or normal flat one.?

    Chimney is more powerful, but it take up more space. It depneds on do you do a lot of frying.

    DO I need to go for Inner Burner or normal?

    I would appreciate your help?

    I urgently need some address of the shops for buying the above in singapore.

    Definately hoob helps. How effective ? Well, it depends on a few factors :

    1. The power of the hood, funnel is usually higher in power thus more effective but it does not look so nice. (maybe its my personal preference).

    2. The distance between the Hoob and the hob, of course nearer is better, I suggest about 60 to 65cm.

    3. Maintnance, the best hoob in the world will be useless unless you clean it regularly.
