hello guyssss! hasn't had any updates since my house is all completed. oh yar, we just changed the pipes in the toilet, to the plastic ones. been in the house for a month already, everything's fine.. we are comfy & happy. my sis decided to do a built-in wardrobe at her house too after seeing mine, haha^^ good luck to all those in the midst of renovating! this forum sure helps alot & i got many ideas from the friendly peeps here!

super comfy sofa! our favourite spot! dining table (chairs were later replaced with full black ones as these were stained/scratched from their previous delivery) new shoe cabinet (wanted a built-in but forgo idea since it will take up too much space) my kitchen (nothing was done, except a through cleaning. haa^^)

My room.. super-single storage bed, ceiling fan & roller blind 3-door wardrobe & built-in mirror my l-shape console.. ignore the mess (hasn't had time to tie up the cables when takin pic, lol) cute & sweet wall clock from hourstyle cute cushions for my 2 schnauzers

i'm backkkkkkkkkkkkk! so sorry for the lack of updates!! been really really busy for the past week! we've finally settled down & had our house-warming last saturday, 08 May 2010 !! some pics after all the carpentry was up, all furnitures in, tv/soundbar wall mounted & touch-up painting was done eg. Living Room Feature wall w/ suspended tv console to be continued..

hannor. no choice since we doing contra & promised buyer to handover keys w/i 2 weeks. thus we had been kept mad busy since we got the keys on 16th! luckily all the aircon/electrician/contractor all non-strangers.. else i doubt we can finish on time for house-warming next week

Working very hard for 3 days straight for uplifting of materials! My handsome/funny cousin cum contractor cum designer. He was there everyday to make sure things goes right, help us sign upon delivery of furnitures & eg. Simply lovessssssss my console. Shall fix up the TV & eg. onto it tomorrow~

In process.. it was almost done when i got home yesterday. They are left with the sliding doors mainly~

yippeeeeeeee! my carpentry works will be completed today!! final measurement : 20 April completion of carpentry works @ home : 30 April 10 days!! amazinggggggggg! really salute my contractor & his worker for working so hard & doing OT to rush out this project for us! Feature wall w/ suspended tv console up! Built in headboard w/ dresser table for bedroom 2 Suspended TV Console for MBR L-shape suspended console for bedroom 1 (my room!)

For MBR & Bedroom 2 For Kitchen x 2 Roller blinds x 3 bedrooms (thicker, blackout whole bedroom even in daylight) Living room has the standard, thinner material that has abit of see-through, will post pic later.

C_look_look; the 'contractor aka designer is my cousin. I gave him ideas of what i wanted, he drew up the 2d drawings & upon confirmation of design/colors, he got his workers to do up all the carpentry works. no major renos, we only did carpentry works;- feature wall + suspended tv console (living room) built-in wardrobes (all 3 bedrooms) suspended tv console (MBR) suspended L-shape study table (bedroom 1) built-in headboard w/ dresser (bedroom 2) other misc stuffs;- whole unit repainting add new/shift electrical points, additional tv points & tel sockets changed new sanitary wares changed new door locks & new door stoppers (gate, main door & 3 bedrooms doors) COV is 28K.

sure thing aida81! will post some pics tomoro morning - forgot to bring hp to work today. carpentry is 1/2 way done when i got home yesterday! really must thank the contractors for rushing & OT for our sake. simply loves my new feature wall w/ suspended tv console!

hello..~ we got ours from KS Lighting (upper serangoon) total paid for sanitary wares : $880.00 * 2 x toilet bowls (with automatic seat cover) * 2 x wash basins (baron, with pedestal) * 2 x stainless steel taps * 2 x toilet ceiling lights (free!)

We've officially moved & shifted into the new house last Sunday - 25 April Past few days have been kept very busy unpacking. New sanitary wares are up, roller blinds up, windows/grills locks changed! Uplifting of carpentry today & tomorrow, all the built-in wardrobes, tv consoles & feature wall will be up.. Yippeeeee, can't wait!!
