Hi snd16, think you shouldn't be too concerned over these in-house loans cos' afterall, you can get the reno loan from any banks you prefer after you got the quotation from the ID. Does not make any difference whether it's from the bank or in-house... My ID provides in-house reno loan from one of the bank, which I separately have done my research and lucky it's the same rate.
