Hi Froggy, not really the contractor fault but because our district is still full of construction and renovation that's why everyday I go back gotta mop floor. Anyway I found out a temporary solution to this. Close ALL window and doors exspecially the service yard. The dust was greatly reduced after that.

Ah ... is the mounting speaker unit tiltable (eg. adjust to face higher or lower)? Mine is resting on the console at the moment. Thinking of wall mounting it but worry that it wont be pointing towards my ears if I do so. Mine's just a pro 600 btw.

For my case I do all my inspections beforehand and get my contractor to rectify them before requesting for HO. Don't think a contractor is willing to HO without complete payment. Also it depends on how trustworthy your contractor is ba. I did spot something after the HO and my contractor got his carpentor to come over to rectify.

Erm I never recommend air con for kitchen ah. maybe someone else. a small fan will do lah, for circulation purpose. For TV, the 40" is doing very well for our living room size. Several people in FV are using this size and are pretty happy with it. 46" may be too big for comfort for some having a living room of our size. Once adjusted to it still ok. 55" is definately a no no. Sure regret. I can show you my TV and then u decide loh. TV delivery very fast one, can do last minute also.

My 1st wow is that Zelly's mbr night curtain is same as mine. 2nd wow is that zelly is using the day curtain on top of night curtain. Me too. Cos usually people put day behind night. 3rd Wow will be coming up if Zelly's day curtain is purple in colour too....

Oh ... i see. For my case I couldnt stand seeing those tapes so I took it off. What I did was I took photos of the tape to keep as reference in case needed next time. The drillers have a tool to detect the metal pipes behind the walls. dont have to worry too much. Anyway, it's up to indivual preference gua.

Hey Junel, have you taken out those blue/black/red tapes in the bathrooms & kitchen yet? Better take them out the moment all the drillings are completed because the longer they stay on the walls the more sticky mess they'll leave when u remove them.
