      I am planning to  embark in the same dream home journey.

      Mind sharing your experienced to date?

      I am planning to do the following on my 25 yrs old corner terrace which I gave bought recently.

      1) Replace roof

      2) Replace sewerage system

      3) Replace Electrical Wiring

      4) Add Attic

      is this consider as A&A ? I have a tight Budget - Approx 300k

      Are you using ID/Builder/Architect ? Can share their contact ?

    I found the wiring connection above my bathroom water basin & tap to be UNinsulated. If there is water splash from the tap / basin ( especially when you have young children play water), there is risk of short circuit or worse, electric shock. SEE PICS below. I notified my designer / electrician and he came within 20mins to tape up the exposed wire connection. He will also notify his company boss and check with all his existing renovation customers on this.     Hi, I am looking for a window contractor that can make and install foldable window grills (aluminium or other materials considered). The common sliding grills are an obstacle to an spacious open view from the window and the minium 2 tracks needed take up window ledge space. But have to install grills due to 2 very active kids. Appreciate your advise. Thank you.
