Day 5 : 5 Oct 2010 Wahlaaaaa....Got approval from HDB for the wall. Scene that shock us when we arrived after 3pm. Both wall hacked, debris clear and workers transporting the sand to the unit. Ma, look no wall to the Kitchen Family Area It make the place look even brighter, notice the window for for the study been remove and it will be replace Kitchen Kitchen and Dining Room view from balcony View from Kitchen to living area

Day 4 : 4 Oct 2010 Not much action except for clearing of debris...still waiting HDB approval on the wall Family area wall that await hacking Master Bedroom toilet

Day 3 : 1 Oct 2010 Hacking on Kitchen and Common Toilet done. Now Awaiting Kitchen and Family area wall to be approve by HDB before hacking can continue. Kitchen Common Toilet Hack

Agree with you, a check done with HDB, those beam cannot be hack, they put up the beam after they modified the flat to combine 3 and 4 room flat to support the unit. Headache...headache..

Hi All, After reading RT, I'm inspired to share my journey for my newly purchase resale jumbo flat. After more than 5 months of house hunting, We finally got the unit we been waiting for. This unit is 15 years old, and we are the proud to be the second owner. Massive work need to be done to this place. Ex owner did not occupy it as he have other properties.
