Hi Brothers and Sisters, I completed my renovation in Dec 2010. Just now, my "directly downstair" neighbour came up and told me both his common and MBR ceiling leaking. I have not consulted my contractor as is late now. May I know anybody got this unplensant experience and advice me how to deal with it. Thank you for reading..
