    Hi.. me living at compassvale road EA.. we have the below defects

    i) tiles uneven and stained at the toilet (they did not do much abt it)

    ii) toilet bowl was not sit properly on the floor (they redo the sitting)

    iii) common toilet door cannot close properly and with stain (they change the whole door for us)

    iv) balcony sliding door difficult to slide (they change the roller)

    v) stain and dirty scv/power/tel point (they change for us)

    vi) main door knob got problem (they change the door knob)

    vii) windows diff to open

    Just to add on..

    1) Pour water in the toilet to make sure the water flow to the pipe hole smoothly.

    2) Pour water into the water pipe hole to make sure the pipe hole are not stuck

    3) we even knock the toilet tiles one by one to make sure no hollow tiles.

    4) Open all the windows and door to make sure can open and close easily

    5) test all the keys provided to make sure can use

    this is all i can remember as tat was ard 1 yr back...

    me live in EA ... 2 person

    my bill is around 100 bucks each mth ..

    pc on almost everynite from 8 plus till morning (a habit of mine)

    tv will be on to watch show for few hrs during wkday.. wkend will be longer

    aircon will be on from 10 plus till 630am

    cooking wise... wkend sure cook... wkday only tue and wed.. sometimes use slow cooker for

    vacuum once or twice a week

    mopping... once or twice a week

    other than that will use magic mop...

    wash 2~3 rounds of clothes...

    electric heater only...

    but i dun hv electric flask...

    where is your office ?

    i will take bus 80 from chinatown when i got nothing better to do and want some sightseeing

    and trust me the journey is soooo long until it take me around 1 and half hour to get back :)

    my office is at UBI.....

    bus 80 is quite long from here to SK but me used to it liao..

    anyway normally hb will send me to work in the morning...

    bored at work mah...

    today my eyes really closing...

    falling asleep in office...

    luckily boss not free...

    me dun take NE line one... me take bus 43 or 80....

    anyway onli knock offf at 6pm...

    11th floor... alot of pple like 11th floor ...wonder why :furious:

    11th floor not i choose one.... HB choose one... cos his bd mth....

    me at a few forumns daily.. here lah.. sk.com.... sg brides... keeptouch... FP....

    just tat sometime got no time to post so read here n there lor...

    Today time flies so slow..... feel like sleeping....

    not just that... clothes dried outside by sun... got a refresh smell one

    indoor dried one...got a moldy smell one :dancingqueen:

    heavy cooking...then maybe one day you can learn one or 2 receipe from them :dancingqueen:

    yahor... then cook for u to eat ?? :P

    you dun have much issues cos only limited floor above you.....

    you only worry abt that when you are at the 2nd floor :dribble:

    me leave so high oso no use one, maybe not high enuff ... still got cloth at my aircon compressor... and some other light things like tissues, finger or toe nails fly into my balcony or service balcony... got once even cigarette butt leh...

    but no VS leh... :dunno:

    yaloh... used to it liao... these type of things cannot expect me to complain one mah...

    cos they are a big family... i think 2 or 3 teenagers with parents...

    they like to cook heavy cooking... anyway who noes maybe i oso will cause that to my neighbours...

    tat one not a big issue anyway...

    yah... close close close.... except weekend...

    but will be close when my downstairs neighbour cook...

    if nvr close, my clothes sure very smelly one...

    now i see timing oso... lunch and dinner.. sure bring in clothes instead of hanging outside...

    Hi all .. just drop by....

    i agree the MBR is extremely dusty...

    service balcony and balcony oso the same...

    my aircon hb hv to clean himself everytime... if not the aircon will not be cold..

    now already make it a point to close all the windows....

    For me.... 7 and a half yr... first job after grad...

    consider to change b4.. but boss treat me too gd till i dun feel like leaving..

    pay wise not so gd but still can survive at the moment..

    to me most impt boss treat me well, colleagues are good and most impt is i got alot of freedom... whether the methods to do things and can surf net freely...
