I be renting out my whole unit of fully furnished 3 rm flat in amk. Frm what I found out from most adverts, rental charges is around $1800 to $2000. Is that a reasonable rate to quote? Normally,does the rate include utilities fee? Its my first time renting out and do not wish to engage any agent, thus appreciate any valuable replies from bro and sis here.
