I've been asking the same too. They offer a lifetime warranty on their glass panel for their cooker/hob. Mine's just shattered after a routine cooking attempt.
I've been down to Jln Besar and the shop is indeed no longer there; their telephone and owners email account cancelled too.
I've checked ACRA and apparently the company is still 'live' and registered under a Thomas Choy.
It never really had proper signage anyway, so let that be a clear warning to buyers to be wary in future of these 'pop-up' shops with seemingly rave reviews. They don't always last, along with their warranties.
