I had a terrible experience there right form the start. There was this dude called Frankie - he actually spent 2 hrs with me on my selection but when i asked from pricing for everything, he said he misplaced by quotation! Then there is Teck. He seems like the only guy working there. Super overwhelmed with enquiries.I eventually bought over 10k plus of lights and stuff from there as he was on-the-ball and pricing seems right. Then headache starts aftre installation - their Bloody Led drivers keep blowing and i have to keep going back. n fact i had been back there more than 10 times, often for the same stuff which is deemed repaired. Had asked for replacement - Teck just say keep coming back and we ill fix for you if spoilt (as long as under 1 year)... Overall - I will ask all to avoid at all cost... unless you have tons of time going back to replace your lights.

I have them too but i get a pest controller to come and rid them. According to the controller, they breed within the pipes so try spraying some insecticide on the floor pipes where the excess water flows.

Hi Folks, need to pick your brains - my contractor told me that there is a product in the market that can act as a sealant for the marble flooring which would protect it from being stained easily. Has anyone tried it before and what are your feedback? Thanks all

Indeed... Well just wanted to share this unfortunate experience.

Just to share my experience with my purchase at Bath Studio at Balestier Road (along the row of shophouses with the Tau Sar Piah shops). Sometime back, wife and i were looking for toilet fittings and WCs. We both liked the Bavarat stuff and was told by Ideal Bathroom sales staff that they no longer carry the brand but instead have it sold at Bath Studio (which is also under the same parent company). Hence we made our way there. The 'nice' sales person there told us not to buy now as they were having a sale the following week thus we held back and returned a week later. Indeed there was a sale - all items apparently were going for 35% off and display items another 20% off. Sounded like a good deal... So we decided to get everything for our place from there. However upon paying, we overheard another sales girl (the are both from Philippines) telling customers that have just walked in that everything is 40% off. Having heard that, i asked the customer if that indeed she said 40% off everything (plus 20% for display item) and he confirmed that. Feeling a bit incensed, i asked our sales girl why we were only offered 35%. She then stared at her colleague and starting speaking in Tagalog, with a chiding tone. Then she explained to us that it was a misunderstanding and it was only 35%. Fine - if you say so... I then had a friend enquire the discount structure 2 days later (during the same sales period) and she was informed the sales offer was indeed 40%. I had written 2 emails to them but had gotten no reply - called the shop and the same FT sales person asked us to write again... and by the way, they are now having 50% off. It is not so much the value due to the difference in 5% but the principle of dealing the customers - i can only hope that delivery would be ok.

Was at Bath Studio today and they are having a sale. However a bit confused as one sales girl said all items 40% off while another said 35%... Can anyone confirm? Nice stuff they have on offer tho'. BTW Bath Studio is located at Balestier road - along the row of famous Tau Sar Piah.
