I am currently using an ALPHA Impress model instant water heater.
The my disappointment. the water heater has failed to churn out hot water or warm water in less than 6 months of usage.
Anyone has similar experiences? Esp when the customer service is totally unhelpful and mentions that the service staff is full for the whole week.
Does that mean that their machine fail to function so often and require such extent of servicing hours?
Would Ariston be a better choice?
I understand that ALPHA is a Malaysian product.
Sad and disappointed .
