Hi, we just bought a resaled 4-room HDB, 102 square meter, with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 living room, 1 storage room and 1 kitchen. We wanna do partial reno including the following:
1. Paint the whole house, including pipes and shelves in the storage room
2. Grind and varnish floors: Parquet for living room and 3 bedrooms; tiles for toilet and kitchen
3. Remove and change new toilet towls (2)
4. Supply mirror: 1700mm*1900mm(1), 1000mm*1900mm(1), 600mm*900mm(2)
5. Remove and change new walter filter, ventilator and cooking furnace
6. Remove and change 2 toilet doors
7. Set up one glass door in toilet to separate the bathing area to WC
Wanna find a trustworthy contractor with reasonable quotation, anyone got any recommendation??
