For Singapore PR who have bought HDB flat under joint-tenancy with spouse. As she is not working so all the payments related to house made by husband from CPF and in Cash. Now we would like to sell our HDB, would like to know : - Do my wife need be present to sell the HDB flat or I can myself proceed to sell flat? - If not, what can be done if she is away and can't come to Singapore for sometime due to personal reason? Kindly advise the ruling in this regards and what are the HDB requirements in such cases. Thanks
