hi, i live in a small condo. recently,some houses will have parties on friday which will last till 2 to 3 am. they are not considerate and play loud music or laugh and chat loudly. dont mean to be a wet blanket but not everyone wants to sleep in late on a sat due to not being able to sleep. my condo has no security. so what can i do? check with a police friend is that can only take video or audio of the culprits and send to management. calling the police will just be temporary to make them stop. any advise? thanks in advance.
