Hi all, I strongly recommend Vincent. His service is really excellent and passed my expectation. Before i met vincent, i have a "nasty" encounter with another curtain guy. He was late for the appt for abt half an hr, didnt bothered to call until I have to check with him. Finally he arrived with big bags of samples. Then he just take measurements, etc and quoted me a price. When i said i wanted to consider, he was not pleased and lamented that he took a cab from expo with the samples and etc. He said he understand if I want to compare the price with others. However since mine is just those mickey mouse condo, i might as well let him "earn" the few dollars to cover his taxi expenses and etc. Boy....was i mad because my fren told me he can go down site to take measurement without obligations. In the end, i managed to brush him off. I have seriously considered of not meeting vincent after the encounter. So i check with him whether that his quotation on site is of no obligation. He assured me and hence we met. He reached 15mins earlier. Amazing, he checked out the surrounding, measurement n offered me advice of what kind of curtains or rollers are suitable. Also offer advised that if i were to take full length of the curtains, i would block the walking way around the bed. He offered me all the pros, cons and different rates. Also told me the different types of curtains and etc. It was so much different experience from the first curtain guy. As the price is within my budget (he give discount as i told him i got his number from this forum. ) and also with his excellent service, without doubts, i took my curtains with him on the spot. Today he came and installed the curtains with his sister. A very thoughtful guy. Before he put everything down and start to drill, he laid protective sheets on the grounds to prevent scratches. When he drilled, he use a cover to collect the debris so that it would not dirty the floor. He even taught me how to fold the curtains to make it look nice instead of cuttered at the bottom. As he didnt have enough change for the balance amount and i was trying my best to fish for the exact change, he told me do not bother with the last few dollars. His offer taken me by surprise. But of cos, i insisted on giving him the exact amount. He also followup up a sms with me after the day of installation checking if i like my curtains. He told me that quite alot of business are from this forum. Actually i am also one of it who got his number from here. Therefore thanks to who who recommend him here. Hence i would also like to share my experience here.
