Just sharing. I was searching high and low for my private property floorplan till I found this app in android playstore call "Ee-floorplans". It has my property floorplan and I can use it to discuss with my contractor. It is free and you get to see other new launch floorplan projects too.

Hi expert, Is penthouse high ceiling in the living room part of the Groos floor area (GFA)? If it is part of the GFA, can I just Mezzanine the loft to make it a room?
