    Hi all. Have been looking for a landed property for quite a while. Realised that brand new ones are asking for crazy prices and slightly renovated ones either does not have the layout we want or also asking for the sky. Am not looking for original condition land for rebuild and have some properties shortlisted.. Have tried to pm some members but no reply (guess some of the threads are quite old). Have read about bad contractor/builders so would appreciate if you can recommend a good builder that you personally had engaged (not builders themselves). Would greatly appreciate your help.. Thanks
