Hi any idea what are the current charges?

Hi, I am looking for a house for 2 months. East or north-east area (Tampines, Sengkang, Punggol, Buangkok, Pasir Ris, Bedok such areas) is also fine. May - June or June - July. House would undergo Renovations. 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom house is also fine. Open to explore private properties as well. Kindly contact if you know something. Help much appreciated.

Hi Lynd3ralla, pls PM me the contact details of the painter... I am getting the keys on 28 Dec and need to decide on painter. My ID quoted me $1650 (1 basic colour + 3 other colors). Mine is 5 room. Thinking of painting the entire house ceiling white (incl. bathroom) this will make rooms look big and bright. thnx
