    I should be getting Duro.. Hope it can withstand the forces of breakers.. cos our areas not very safe place..

    My TV console still not complete...should be done by this week....

    actually my reno is just simple one.. cannot afford alot of work.. cos it means more money spend.. haix...

    i am excited as this is the first house of our own. so more or less excited over it.. !!! But also very worried.. cos the aircon company say can only install after 17 Apr... I am scare of humid.. nights.. so definitely need aircon one.. :bangwall::bangwall:

    Other stuff will be coming in over the weekends..

    what kind of lock u be investing on?? Cos our area like not safe.. so i will be investing on a better one.. :dribble:

    Ur reno also completing soon.. so glad.. :furious:

    At least one more level had complete the reno..

    aiya...simple got simple do...expensive got expensive do....most importantly you both like it....:bangwall:

    oh aircon not installing soon ah ? when u moving in ?

    I'll probably not getting those big castle locks as we got bad experience when it got spoilt pretty fast...

    so will probably get those small kind but similar to castle lock....cannot get those lousy locks also...too easy to break open...

    mine reno will probably take another week or so to complete as these 2 weeks nothing much been done...my id says his glass men schedule is packed...so gotta queue up.... :bangwall:

    Hi Ivory, what most important is what you & mudster like because you all are the ones living there! !!

    I thought Hong Tar is at Jurong, or is it Hong Tai or Kong Tar? I blur liao, all like the same! Do you have the phone no? I am looking at Mitsubitshi inverter or non-inverter, but I still haven't got a reply from HDB whether I can put two compressor or not. Haiz, sooo efficient. :dribble::furious:

    Hong Tar is the one selling aircons....

    Hi guys, can i know wat is the advantage of the door stopper over the traditional magnet that is adhered to the wall?

    Sometimes the door is not next to a wall...so a door may be required...

    Nice colours Ah Kiat! I chose my colours on Monday but I can't remember the exact names. Green in study room, Silverish in guest room and either shades of red or brown in MBR! We're going for tone of white in living/dining area!

    Hey people, thanks for all your comments. Actually our ID, K proposed colour scheme A but we thought that the whole house is brown theme, and so shld go for another colour so we thought of red.

    How ley, seems like everyone voted for A. :( I like it too, but dont u think it's so boring seeing brown brown brown all over e house? Actually only the furniture and carpentry is brown for the house. The living and dining room colours are whitish. Study room is green and guest room is silverish.

    Hmmm maybe brown wall huh? :P

    actually i like B more. A is more safe though...shouldnt go wrong...

    If you think u are afraid that too much brown is too boring, you still have the color of your bedsheet to play with...you can dun choose brown mah...:)

    But anyway both are nice...

    I also like the colour tone of the MBR.. your house very colourful.. I have the same reservation on Green and is now thinking how to go about it for my girl2 room.. FSM said GREEN.. :) too..both me and her....

    haha...maybe choose those lighter shade of greens should be fine...:P

    Samsung Guys Came & Wall Mount It. Hook Up My HTS Too :P But Guess Wat?! The TV Doesn't Come With The Antenna Cable :notti: Luckily My Electrician Will Custom Make 1 Good Quality Piece For Me. He Told Me Not To Buy Those Normal 1, No Good. Good 1 Too Ex. So He Gonna Make Me 1 Cheap & Good 1 :lol:

    My Fridge!:deal: Got A Dent On The Rear. Found Out Only When The Delivery Opened Up The Box & Styrofoam. So No Choice Gonna Reject. This Is The Pics Of The Delivery Man Taking It Away. Haiz... Thought All Electrical Appliances Will Be Ready... Now Gonna Wait Till Wednesday When They Deliver Another New Piece.

    Wow.. so many people saying that my place looks nice. I going to float liao lah. Heheh cannot praise my flat too nice leh.. i will be proud one leh. Lol.

    Anyway the overall progress of the renovation is around 50% completed. Still left with painting, carpentry, electrical touch up and overall finishings to be done and we're all set to go.

    Do stay tuned for more picture updated once my carpentry works kicks off yah? Cheers guys!
