Hi, I need help / quote / opinion / contacts on the following :- Balcony Dimensions :- Length : 3m Width : Left Wall is 1.3m, Right Wall is 1.6m Balcony Sliding Doors (4 panels) : 3m Balcony Sliding Doors drop : 0.05m Current Situations 1) Balcony Windows have existing Aluminium Window Grilles 2) Balcony has 4-panel Sliding Glass Doors Intended Situations 1) thinking of installing casement or sliding windows - how much? - casement vs sliding windows, which is better? my budget is less than $400 (inclusive of installation) 2) thinking of leveling of balcony floor to living room - how much? hacking, screeding, waterproofing, supplying, installing, etc - Since I am intending to install windows, will creating a platform instead of leveling be better? If so, how much to create the platform + boxing up existing balcony pipe? Please please help cos I need to execute this the soonest (once I have the right contacts / info / quote) Or if you have done this before to your homes & have good contacts please share....thanks!

Hi All Renovation Firms / Contractors, I have a potential project for the one with the best quote.....project needs to be completed by May 2011. Pls provide separate quotes for :- 1) Hacking existing wall & floor tiles (2 toilets) 2) Supply and lay wall & floor tiles with water proofing (2 toilets) 2) Change piping (2 toilets) 3) Remove old WC and install WC (already bought) 4) Remove old sink and install new sink (already bought) 5) Remove 1 x shower screen in MBR AND 1) Hacking existing wall & floor tiles (2 toilets) 2) Cement wall & floor with water proofing (2 toilets) 2) Change piping (2 toilets) 3) Remove old WC and install WC (already bought) 4) Remove old sink and install new sink (already bought) 5) Remove 1 x shower screen in MBR Please PM me your best quotes....thanks!

Appreciate if any renovators / contractors / design house lemme know your quotation for 2 toilets? I would like to retain my existing shower screen, toilet bowls, basins & accessories. Can quote me separately if I would like to lay over the existing tiles (walls & floor)? And another quotation by hacking & having new tiles (walls & floor)?
