Hi Whisper, heard from 1 of the dealer that RB-3SS is using cast iron not stainless steel is it true? Also how is the fire, big enough on the max? I'm getting the RB-3SS or RB-3SS(GB) which is the temper glass version as i like the placement.For the RH-382 i also don't know whether noisy or not. Any recommendation of quite hood?

Hi Rover, yes that area will be my plastic modelling area. Initially want to set it up at the common room but my friend poison me to setup a home entertainment room after i experience his. I have feed back to the ID that i'm not very happy about the work on toilet. He say he will find solution to the issue i bring up. Will do a scan on the floor plan given by my ID(Hardcopy).

Some photo update. Remember the issue with the toilet tiles. I do not know whether did they remove the issue tiles and relay, but i saw the white cement is apply and you can't see much difference. I did not take close up picture for this. Another issue with the toilet tiles. You can see it's not even and i guess even after apply the white cement you still see the difference in height. Also find this puny little drainage cover in the bathroom area. Feedback to the ID that this is different from what he say he will lay. Another view of the kitchen taken from the kitchen toilet door. Hi Rover, i'm ok with the pipes exposed. Do not wish to box up the pipes although may look out of place. The 3D drawing does not have the pipes cos the ID forgot to tell the 3D guy that there is 2 pipes there.

Hi Rover, there will still be 2 entrance. Kitchen and MBR, so when the guest come, they will use the kitchen entrance and i will lock the entrance in the MBR if i do not want my guest to go into my MBR.

Hi BuyNow7, yes i will install aircon. 1 in the living room and the 2 bedroom. Was quoted 3258 for system with 1x18,000btu unit and 2x9000btu units. Will rewire the whole house.

Hi SClofthouse, so at this moment you can see from my progress how is the work of 9 Lives before your house start reno in Sept. From the 3D picture you can see that anything that is not the floor will be white. White Tiles and white paint, so that why i chose the brown tiles to give it a more contrast look. Donald at 1st kept advise me to go for the grey tiles which he say he visualise the outcome will be nice, but later when the 3D picture is out he admit that the brown color combo also very nice. I chose the brown in the end because it's what i want in the 1st place. So hope your reno starting in sept will be as smooth as possible.
