Hi Everyone, sorry for lack of update. My ID will only show me the 3D drawing after i select my tiles. So today i went with my ID for tiles selection, we went to 2 tiles stores and at the 1st store i couldn't find the color i want which is brown color tiles. My wall paint and kitchen/toilet tiles will be white, so my ID suggest to me to use grey color. So here is the pic of the sample tiles i pick up from the 1st store. The light grey is for living room and dark grey for Kitchen and Toilet. The white tile sample could not show out the pattern i selected, it look like plain white tiles to me. After finished selecting the tiles at the 1st store, i went over to the 2nd tiles store for more option. Here i could use the color tile i want which is brown. You can see the centre there is 2 brown tiles, the bottom 1 is what i want initially but was told stock will not be enough for my house. The top tile is the 2nd option i selected and my id will render the 3d drawing base on that. I will be using the rough surface tile on the right for my toilet. Wall tile remind as white, but there is a little design on the tile which my parent agree is nicer then the 1st store white tiles. Now back home, i was discussing the hob and hood with my parent and i thinking of getting the Rinnai hob and hood. Rinnai RB-3SS Rinnai RH-382 Anyone use the above product before and able to give some feedback? That should be all until i my ID can send me the 3d drawing so i can post it here.

Hi May, the process took so long because i have limited budget for COV and the area i'm look at. Just Happy managed to found 1 after this year CNY. Yesterday the ID have help me to hack part of the house to symbolise start of work before the 7th month. They start the real hacking next wednesday as my permit from HDB is approved except 2 things, which is hacking of wall between 2 toilet and construct of half height wall in between the storeroom and kitchen. Pray hard it will approve fast.

@therat, yes i have checked and no my block is not under HIP. That why have to spend extra. @BuyNow7, my flat is 28 years old now. I took about 7 months to look for my flat, so i understand your feel.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. Tomorrow, we will start the hacking ceremony before the Hungry Ghost Festival so the ID firm can continue to work next month. Now waiting for 3D pics from the ID.

Store Room Master Bedroom Toilet

Hi All, Been lurking at RT for awhile ever since i signed the option for my 3RM Flat in FEB this year. Got my Keys in Apr and let the seller stay for 2 months as agreed before signing the Option. Finally got the flat in 25 June and busy looking for ID firm for the reno. Selected 9 Lives and signed the contract tonight. Hope everything will be smooth without major hiccups.
