  1. hi,

    1) Nope. There was no "constraint" given to us when we sourced for our sinks. But it may be due to some design the ID have in mind for your that is why you were asked to use less than 450mm. As for what "outside" is selling, you can check with them. I got mine from Poh Joo.

    2) My VO1 and VO2 adds up to around $2.5k. But I am sure if you told the id your "...

  2. Hi amokduke, we are using the same reno firm :)

    1) Can i check if you were asked to use less than or = 450mm sink in terms of vertically? Our id from Sky told us it's only that range and outside are selling 500mm measurements.

    2) did you top up alot as compared to ur contract signed versus actual site measurement? kind of worried

  3. My electrician is recommended by the ID... Not sure of their "in-house" electrician. Water Heater, tap etc are seperate cost and we brought them ourselves... Wall plug as in the plastic white box? Well they are included in the cost above. The Electrican used gd quality "mk" brand outlets. I think everyone should lay the Cat6 cables. It is one of the best thing we did.
  4. Well, so far so good. =) will PM you.
  5. They are fine. Went online to check the cat6 cable used and they tally. Connected to a gigabit switch and the switch recognised the connection as gigabit.
  6. Anymore reviews about this mattress in singapore? Thanks.
  7. Well, the total cost for electrical potion of the reno is around $4.5k... See the breakdown below.

With "Plasmacluster" Ion technology, the air in the room will be cleaner as it kills virus and molds. Supposed to be better than those "air filter" blower from other brands. The Sharp outdoor unit can be quite loud when it is working at full capacity (24,000 BTU).
  10. Day 27 continue... Kitchen Cabinet: Solid Top and Glass backing installed. The kitchen cabinet is almost complete... The kitchen sink. Comes with useful "catchment" bin in each of the basin. 11. Day 27: Living Room: Hanging Lights installed at dining area. Effects of the lights on the surrounding wall and ceiling is quite cool. =) TV Room: Glass lay over the TV console creating a "mirror" effect.
