Anyone used jason Chang b4? I engaged him to do my house fs. Seem ok, price reasonable but report takes awhile. I haven see my report yet as he came over for audit last weekend will meet him again end of the mth den I update more abt him.

Anyone can share with me a gd and not so ex contractor? So far I gotten the quote for my 3 toilets all above 12k just toilet alone with 2 or them have toilet cabinet and shower screen.. I'm desperate for a gd and cheap contractor

Condition of house quite with the slim budget we r only doing 3 toilets plus whole house piping, n remove some build in cabinets. Touch up and painting. Hoping to do all within 15k

The fsm charge me $488 for house audit (7 members in my house).. Find his price very reasonable, my hubby don't really wanna engage a fsm but I prefer to have one to 买个安心 since my current 4rm have seem before the our luck was smooth

Btw any owner here engage fengshui for their em? I'm currently waiting for my fsm to come back with his audit report.. So far during the last house visit he only mention I need to install a ceiling fan at the ceiling above the staircase..

Seriously there's nothing much u can do since u already doing Reno. Can u still bargin for some discount since the owner lie to u? Or consult a lawyer see if can get any compensation for this?

Btw any owner had done a storage or hidden room at the balcony? I ever see an owner of a 2nd gen em build an addition platform at the balcony.. I only see from outside as that unit is at the ground floor

I use my digicam to take those short clips thus not very clear..as for the gif, i convert .mov to .gif using image ready~

Overall it turn out quite gd, just like those in the perspective drawing..but still got some job on pending...like my glass door for kitchen, masterbed rm sink and tap...etc..now the whole house is so dusty..

Renovation took abt 6weeks to complete...though till now tilll have some defects need to clear..but hubby and I finally shifted into our home sweet home...
According to the feng shui master, we gotta move into the house on Sunday if not need to wait for abt a month before the next "gd date"...Im a very impatience person so dun wanna wait..

Anyone have carpet at home? My dogs love to pee on cloth/carpet so is a nono to put it at home not but anyone got any solution to stop them from peeing on the carpet? My dogs used to pee on pee pad..both male chihuahua..

Just think of it this way..if she dont pop that qns will u just think of how important she is or u'll keep thinking wtf this woman is just keep saying bad things abt my mum...
Anyway I've not start living with my mil yet..since my house still under renovation but we got a room reserved for her..and i know my mil is a gd mother..but deep down in me sometime im just too not use to what she's doing...she's totally different from my mother. ..The way she talk and the things she does..and i can said out loud that im seriously not getting use to it...sometime when she start talking to me i feel very irriated too and i can said im not a bad dil (my husband felt the same too). Of cuz i got my reason to be irriated sometime.. she can call me 4 times in a row just to ask me where i am or where is my husband, she mend good cuz she just wanna ask if we're coming home for dinner..but sometime when im too busy and press away her number..she'll continue to call till i pick up..of cuz i never told my husband that before...
Who dont wanna live near their own parents if i am a bad dil i'll just insist of staying near my mum instead of moving and stay near my mil..think of it that way..if i ask my husband to stay with my parents u think he can get use to them?
Be fair.. think for ur other half too loh..u live with ur mother for how many thousand years of cuz u think ur mother is the best..what ever she does u are so use to it..but how can u expect ur wife to get use to it just in a flash..even though she have stay over at ur house before ur marriage..but is still your mother house..when u got to other people house of cuz u wunt have much expectation..but after marriage..is her house..of cuz she'll have a different kind of expectation..who don wanna a house that he/she can relax in...if u are living with her mother now u think u can go back to ur house and relax the same as u go back to ur mother house...

gee thats the colour my hubby choose. He preferred brighter colour..haha we very different he prefer bright colour i prefer something simple~alot of give and take while doing renovation and choosing stuffs...

My friend who just did the Reno for his 4a similar toilet size was just quoted at 2k plus unfortunately his contractor can do for me cuz he said yr end a lot if job gotta wait till after cny.. But I can't wait as I sold my place already
