As for your queries, it depends on your requirement needs such as whether u wan to shift any existing PowerPoint, telephone point or tv point or add a new point at those areas doesn't have any existing ones. If u intend to have those, u need to do hacking, then wiring before tiling. Hope this help.

Tat I m not sure. Yes, e contractor is right about e grout get soften or wash away by chemical wash. For me, I just get my contractor to touch up again n leave a packet of such white powder for me to touch up whenever e grout gone off or turn yellowish color.

Mine also has e same problem. Think tat is unavoidable if let it dry by itself without any heat to cure it which I believe is e a result of soft grout.

I have personally tried e NOVA Furnishing Centre at No. 12 Kallang Way & was pleased with e service from e floor manager, Mr Danny. U may wish to check with him. Kindly take note tt e price has not added in e GST which will be added on after confirmed, so watch out though. Other than that, I like Danny's service attitude, not had sell type n patience enough to allow me have time to think over at e showroom. He will also ensure tt e products u order, hv been checked carefully before deliver to u. One example is e dining chairs tt I order, he found tt it has scratches on it & call me up to arrange to deliver on another date for e chairs without charges.
