Hi chowchow77 I saw the post that you had put on. I know you have a tight budget on 25k for your new 4rm resales, perhaps you will like to tell me more on what sort of reno that you are looking into? How old is the house ? and which area of the house you feel is much more important? Why i pointed out this 3 items is because when doing up a renovation is depend on how is major you going to have it ( of cos have to look into your budget ) if some of the area eg we can overlay with some other materials beside tiles ?
