I guess the License number u found from HDB belongs to this company "STAR DESIGN RENOCATION CONTRACTOR". I meet this uncle too. His name card shows Dennis Interior Design & General Contractor STAR DESIGN RENOCATION CONTRACTOR HDB LICENCE NO: HB-08-1721D Dennis Foo HP:9050 7397 10, Admiralty St #04-49 North Link Building Singapore 757695 Tel: 6269 5695 Fax:6442 5635 I too did a check from HDB website. But "STAR DESIGN" is the company that is registered with HDB but "Dennis Interior Design" is not registered. Now I see this post, the address is at Bedok. Maybe they have moved office. Hope there will be more comments coming in
