I plan to start the work within 1-2 weeks. So actively looking for contractor now.

Hi! I have below quote from contractor. To polish of existing parquet flooring to bedrooms. $680.00 To dismantle & disposal of TV cabinets in living room, $400.00 kitchen low cabinet & disposal off site. To supply ICI or Nippon paints to paint whole house $2,100.00 walls & ceilings, wooden doors & frames & skirtings. All ceilings will be treated with sealants. At least 3 coats of paint to all areas. Max 6 colours. To supply, fabricate & install of kitchen low cabinet $1,680.00 in laminated finishes. (14 feet) To dismantle, disposal of existing wardrobe to $2,600.00 bedroom 1. Supply, fabricate & install of new full height sliding wardrobe in laminated finishes. (7 feet) C/w necessary patching up works to existing cornices. To dismantle, disposal of existing wardrobe to $2,900.00 Master bedroom. Supply, fabricate & install of new full height sliding wardrobe in laminated finishes. (8 feet) C/w necessary patching up works to existing cornices. I find the prices are quite high. What do you guys think? any hdb registered contractor? I am worried using random contractor
