Their 8year warranty is a gimmick, I Agree. Id not returning my calls after i handed over final payment. We are left to settle our own problems ourselves... They have been ignoring me for about 2 weeks and counting.... -
We are undergoing our house project with Unimax now too. Workmanship is shoddy and delay after delay. Don't trust their quotation as there are plenty of hidden costs. Our intention of engaging a firm to oversee the project is but a naive dream as we are the point of contact for most aspects. Sick to the bones from listening to their untruths.

These lovely swinging chairs were comfortable to sit in. They have intertwined strips of plastic in natural dark shades and can take up to 150kg. But in the long-term, is it worth it? Costs about $990. Anyone has bought them before?

Has anyone purchased motorised sofas from Executive Living? They currently have a booth at the Singapore Expo, and claim they only participate in big fairs twice a year. In general, would you buy a leather sofa over a cloth one?
