Hi Fellow Renotalks forumers, Need some valuable advise for flooring. what's the cheapest way to do flooring for a office space of 1400 sqft? I'm looking at cement screed. Is there a type of finish or protective layer apply to the cement? Would love to achieve this type of flooring. Also looking for a good contractor to do the flooring.
