  1. Hi! We just got the keys back from our former tenant and checked out the apartment. we found black stains all over the bedroom ceiling. and only there; the other rooms don't show this. does anybody here know what this is and what could have caused it? https://www.dropbox.com/s/vmcd3avwleon1nh/Photo%203-11-14%205%2052%2011%20pm.jpg?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/oorsd6qi340hyrx/Photo%203-11-14%205%2052%2018%20pm.jpg?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/on8f0mofic4wibh/Photo%203-11-14%205%2052%2032%20pm.jpg?dl=0
  2. Hi! I am trying to find information on the topic above. We have this 3x5m balcony and would like to cover the floor with wooden planks. It's a fairly simple task and the perfect sunday afternoon diy project. Only problem is: Where to find the material to do this? Can anyone here recommend a place to get the wood from? thanks in advance, Daniel
  3. Hi all, We are actually facing two problems with our new apartment. First (and marked "A" in the floor-plan below) is the tiny living room. This is due to the over-dimensioned balcony which is about the same size as the living room. Would it be possible to shift the balcony doors by about 50cm towards into the balcony? What are the regulations or does anyone have a better idea since this way i couldn't even put a 2m Sofa into this room. Second problem (and marked as "B" in the drawing) is the position of the toilet in one of the bathrooms. According to the floor plan, the WC should be next to the entrance, but in reality it is shifted towards the bay windows and looks ridiculous with the water tank standing 1.4m just in front of the bay window? What can we do here? Can we ask the developer to change this since it is not in accordance with the original floorplan?
