    Bro, how did u mount the towel/foil dispenser onto ur fridge? Double-sided tape? Does it c/w the dispenser or u buy separate? 3M? Strong enof? Will it damage the surface of ur fridge? Sorry for the string of qns... :P

    I using 3M grey color wall type double side tape. Very strong. It come with the dispenser. When you pasted it on your fridge, try to let it sit for few hours before you put all the item on it. :yamseng:

    I have bought some downlight from lightings.com.sg too and i would say their prices is one of the cheapest in singapore!anyway sohnice,nice renov u had for your house =) could you please pm me your contractor/ID contact and the quotation?greatly appreciate!thank you!

    Hi Sohnice,

    I have the same resale flat layout as you. I would appreciate if you can share your ID/Contractor with me because I need to do a major hacking for my 3A flat especially the house has alot of built in and L-Box with I do not like. Its kinda waste to hack a well fully renovated house but its not my style so still thinking how much should I spend for renovation.

    I'm so glad that I chance upon your blog!

    I was having such a big big headache over my 3rm hdb reno.

    I have sourced for a few quotations from IDs, but I don't know whether there are any hidden costs in it.

    May you share your quotation with me? If the quotation did not include the carpentry works, lightings, doors and bathroom accessories (eg. toilet bowl, showerhead,etc), could you share the cost with me too?

    Sorry if i asked too much, but I wish to know the overall total cost of reno a 3rm hse without furnishings.

    Hi bro, ur reno is sohnice!! :thumbs up: i'm oso renovating my 3-roomer (similar layout as urs) at Potong Pasir now.. finally gonna complete in about 1.5-2 weeks' time since 2 Apr!! took so long due to some delay.. fully appreciate wat u hv been thru.. very stressed but very excited about it too.. too lasy to start & maintain a blog to capture the journey thou like u :P well done! :yamseng:

    Hi Sohnice, I saw you installed the ventilation fan on your toilet window. Did you get the approval from HDB?

    Hi caposa, you need approval from hdb. Your window grille installer will apply permit for you. :yamseng:

    Yup, the surface is laminated glossy white. IMO is much more easier to maintain.

    Wow! You have the same white theme and same white glossy cabinets for shoe cabinet, tv console, wardrobe and kitchen cabinets! Super nice! I would love to have this kind of white glossy cabinets for future home too!May I know is it glossy laminate or non-laminate glossy surface or any particular name? Will there be any fingerprints? Or is it very easy to wipe off if there's fingerprints hehe

    The downside is there will be a lot of fingerprint, it's easier for the detective when your house is broke in by a thief

    But it is very easy to clean off using a wet cloth. :yamseng:
