    Imo is quite a good gadget :thumbs up: .

    From the back of the box is stated as 130 degree.

    I thought of installing surveillance Camera, but hdb rules :furious: is not allow to install the camera pointing to your neighbours :unsure: and the installation for surveillance camera is oso quite troublesome. :wacko:

    For this set the installation took less then 30mins :good:

    I find this the best of both world, it record 15s video when it detect movement around 1.5m away from the IR sensor.

    I can also record whole day when i'm out.

    Every 30mins interval when recording whole day.

    30mins video is around 440mb.

    24hrs is around 22gb.

    This set support 32gb sd card.

    I had been using it around 10months, so far so good :yamseng:

    My current samsung UA46D8000YN 46" not very good leh. :curse:

    Spoiled 3 times already, tomorrow samsung technician is coming to rectify the problem. :furious:

    The problem with the lock is not fingerprint recognition but the door alightment

    I have check out your my digital lock wesbite, you provide door alightment service?

    I have contact interlock and adjust the alightment however the problem still arise, any help?

    I believe is the door frame hole not aligned to the door lock.

    Taking picture would help others to see your problem more clearly.

    I would say their salesman not very knowledgeable.

    I purchased my air-con from GC sun plaza, at that time they were having promotion for panasonic inverter sys3 with all 3 12k blower.

    I told the salesman i want that promotion, he told me that they don't have this kind of promotion going on.

    Luckily there is a newspaper cut out at the entrance, i asked the salesman to go & see it himself!

    In the end the salesman apologize that he is not informed by the company.

    This show that their marketing & sales department is not communicating! :furious:

    I've been following your blog and your renovation turns out to be so nice.

    I've just bought a 3 room HDB in Serangoon too, now starting to look for ID/contractor.

    Can pm me your id/contractor's contact? And your quotation if you don't mind.

    By the way, do you plaster the whole house? The wall looks so neat and even. Do you recommend plastering?

    I plastered the whole house incuding the ceiling.

    I would recommend it, it make the whole house look much nicer. :yamseng:

    Erm, is it too late to join in the crowd and request for your floor trap price and place where you purchased it?

    Its ok to install this kind of floor trap in HDB right? Did your contractor say anything about it?

    The floor trap is included in my Reno package, my contractor told me is around $100+.

    I recall the shop name is call LOOKZ in balestier area.

    Confirm this is allow to install in hdb.

    Btw if you are doing step in your toilet then you cannot install this.

    You need certain depth for this floor trap.

    That was what the tiler told me & my contractor.

    As you can see right side i'm using normal floor trap because of my 2 step toilet. :yamseng:

My HTB and me are getting our flat at Mei Ling Street on 10th August & we have yet to finalize on our contractor. =X Initially, wanted to engage the contractor that is highly recommended by my friend, but we find that his quotation is expensive. So now,have to look for more options before we make a decision. May I have the contact of your contractor please? Thank you!(:

    I only met 3 before this. Thought as long as the toilet bowl uses the same hole, it doesn't matter if it faces the same way or 90deg away. Wanted to save some space for the wash basin. Didn't know HDB regulate this.

    $510 isn't door price. It's door frame :)

    Wow :jawdrop: , your ID can drive ferrari liao with this kind of profits!
