  1. Wardrobes for my 3 princesses.

To prevent fights and messes that were plentiful with the previous sharing of 1 miserable build-in wardrobe, they will now each have their own 2-door kids wardrobe.

Major organisation skills required when it comes to kids clothes, toys and thousand and one knick-knacks they accumulare thru the years. With liited wardrobe space, mommy (that is me) will be forced to spring-clean their cupboards consistently. :help:

It would be nice if you use a farmhouse sink in the kitchen!

  2. This deserves some credits!

First visit to your tblog. I like your way of hiding switches.

Maybe I'm not creative enough :P

haha thanks! I don't want to put holes on the backsplash exposing switches and sockets in the kitchen work area.

  3. I was once skeptical of their furnitures becoz of old people always saying ikea stuff wont last. now that i have my own home and family, nearly half of the furnitures in our house are from ikea and we are planning to get more in the near future. well, u gotta choose properly. some of their products are of low quality and some are cheap but sturdy and good. like all places/shops, nothing is always good. we, as consumers, have to choose wisely. Cheers and have fun shopping for your next furniture!

ikea EKTORP and PS Sofa are one of the best (for me). lasted me for years with heavy usage.

  4. OIC... My house is 32 years and hairline cracks appears in my painted kitchen wall (Did my reno in Mar 11)... Thinking of putting up wall tiles in my Phase Two... On second thoughts, maybe my contractor did not plaster my kitchen wall properly, hence the hairline cracks...Mmmm...

Thanks and Merry X'mas to you and your family... :yamseng:

yap it should be plastered like mad! merry christmas to you too!

  5. does it include installation? I really like how it looks on your picture. I hate L-box or false ceilings thus am searching for track lights as well. have u come across cheaper brands to share with me? hehe :) Do post more updates on your warm nest yeah!

Nope only product my contractor installed it for me. Anyway there's a cheaper version of the same brand (TITAN) which is around $100 LED (lesser LEDs illuminants). I bought mine around $140 ea with replaceable drivers (easy maintenance and repair if broken).

Cheaper versions are those generic ones (then placed with LED bulbs) or halogen (which is HOT).

  6. Can i know where u shop for track lights? How much did u pay for ur setups? Yours house is coming on so nice! Envyyyyy!

Hi dope thanks!. I bought at Lightcraft in 131 Jalan Sultan. Quite expensive though paid about $1600 for 11 LED track lights with tracks but they are nice!
