  4. hi. my mum like to create another room for my lil bro in the living room. looking at those dry wall partitions but am not sure how much it will cost. there will be a total of about 3 walls created to make a room. Wall 1: 210cm (length) x 260cm (height) Wall 2: 270cm x 260cm Wall 3: 320cm x 260cm Are the dry wall partitions removable? Like by ourselves? Because i think in like the next 5-6 years, it will be removed since he will be able to have his own room when my elder bro ( now 22 years old) moves out. What about those office panels? Feasible? Help needed since i dont really have an inkling about such renovation stuffs.
