By the way, the storage we used is www.spaces.com.sg very irresponsible.. Their excuse of delaying another wk was store operator on MC???? WTH???? Never ever use them!! It was recommended by our agent who personally used them.. Sueh

This wk have been bz again, haven't step into the hse since labour day.. These are some pics taken then Mirror for MBR bathroom n dresser are installed..look good. The major prob for MBR toilet is the window louvre is so low, so after the mirror we don't hv place for the tray to put toiletries, n the top is only enuff for wash basin. So finally decided to put the tray above wc.. Gonna look weird, but no choice.. The dresser and the mirror, thought it made the MBR look bigger. This whole hse is full of recess here n there.. Building the dresser here helped use up the space And finally our stuff at storage cannot be deliver this wk again! They still hv prob finding it.. Now it's big hassle oredi., no fridge..that's the key stuff ..Cannot buy fruits .. Cold drinks arghghh.. The handover is planned on coming sat.. ID has promised to cln to swee swee this round.. We'll update then..

Wow most of urs clean properly and even go to the extend to hire proper cleaner..Salute their attitude.. I already did not expect the old window to be clean but minimum the new window grill gotten from him, must return to me in good condition.. Haiz But ultimately it's my house, we still have to do it.. Luckily hor my elder is in p1 only no assessment till July ah.. So not so stress..

My ID say only contractor will wash..ID usually dun( this I really dun agree, the more ID to cln it, as they r focus on interior .. Must handover in sleek condition to live up to their name).. I'm quite disappointed as these new grills r dirtied by the painters..Not me.. And yet after paying so much for the Reno fee, , these little details r not look into.. Haiz..

Black.. Just found out haven't acid clean.. So stain should be able to remove.. Also found usually when ID do handover, the paint drop on window grills etc will not be clean. Homeowner are expected to cln those paints the painter drip on the new grill.. I'm SHOCK

Is ur kitchen black tile easy to maintain.. Mine haven start using oredi foot print everywhere.. Gonna Be a lot of trouble next time

Day 41 28 Apr Feel good to finally can enter the house without shoes since the worker did the acid wash the day be4. The window contractor came early morning to fix up the rail n blind. Study room with blind.. Should hv taken a darker shade of gray.. the door is looking good from the room Did a cln up on all the cabinets.. N realized the place really need a thourough cln up be4 can stay.. Paints stain r still on floor n window grill.. The black tiles r trouble.. Even after acid cln not really cln yet

The storage ppl say a careless worker forgot to jot down loc after the move, but for sure it will be found..so I just see it as give us free storage for another wk since hse not ready anyway.

How cln is the hse when during handover? Mine shoukd be coming fri, but I still see like paint on floor n window grill this wk.. Wonder if are all these expected to be off totally during handover? How is the re do tile will it affect other tiles or cause other prob?

Dunno it's lucky or what.. The storage place where we put our barangs，lost 1 of our cube..the cube which we kept all the impt stuff like fridge, washing machine..so cannot deliver today( the rent due today) ..now they stop charging rental n will try to locate our barangs. They moved fr penjuru to tai seng and misplaced our stuff.. But that also meant we hv more time to cln up the hse be4 stuff come.

Today got hm with a surprise.. Thought need to wait till next wk then the door frame can be painted but our id oredi got someone to put base color on the door frame.. Much much better looking with the white colour, not so orbit anymore.. Now happy liao.. Most of all FOC .. Made my day..heh The kitchen chimney also fix up already .. Look better now Look closely also ok..heh yesterday wanna vomit ah. The main gate fix today

No no not painting the door , only the door frame..paint oredi cannot see the laminate

I mean the gray door is not as common compare to brown door

It will be painted white instead as we hv white paint from main door..
