Thanks. I brought mine from Tao Bao. I do recommend. If installation is done correctly I doubt you will face problem during replacement. If is a good product, replacement will not necessary. (Keep my finger cross.)

Your house is looking great! Btw can I have your contacts for Osram LED lights? Also In your opinion, is it easy to change(without damaging false ceiling) from a consumer viewpoint?

FLOORING (After)
Just to have a uniform color. We used the same flooring through out the whole house even for the kitchen. We want to create the illusion of a bigger hall & kitchen. Thank god we took the advice from BIG A not to go skirting. So we can have a gallery like finish.
Still no idea what is our team.

Hey, saw the not so positive performance for the fans. Any problems from buying fans from US on Amazon? Do we need to step down or the electrician will know what to do to plug and play?
I doubt you can use US fan locally in Singapore. Diff voltage. My advice is to test first before buying. (I agree with kstoh TOTALLY.)

COMMON CORRIDOR WINDOWS (NIGHT)
Is not as frosted as I thought. Blind or curtain is still necessary. More out lay again.
Any good recommendation for blinds?

This fan is not available in Singapore therefore I brought them when I was in HK without testing during HK winter. LOL.
Maybe I will call them to request for a longer blade.

CEILING FAN
Cirrus Hugger by Modern Fan Company. I knew it was love at first sight. The modern sleek design.
I have left a review on the performance after my pictures.
A total disappointment. I can hardly feel the breeze even when I up the fan to top speed. Is it because of the warm weather tonight. Honestly speaking my parents' not brand made in China fan is a LOT better. It feel like the Big *** Fan used by SMRT. (DO NOT RECOMMEND.)

FALSE CEILING
My kitchen ceiling with OSRAM downlight. The biggest challenge is my hall. HEADACHE! I am still struggling to setup the down lights to avoid both my fans. (No Shadows). Then I am hit with another problem. One of my fan is really close to my AC blower. I should have go with 1 fan instead.

My advise is BUY, USE & THROW. Something reason in quality and design. These days nothing last a long time.

Hi Marcel, did you enlarge the mbr toilet and flush the wall at the window at the same time?
Hi Kay
We did not enlarge the both bathrooms. For the wall we did a box up to hid the AC piping by using calcium silicate board.

PAINTING
I decided to go with Nippon 'Special Touch'. Why? I hope not to re paint my place in the next 10 years.
Now we are in the first coat. The second coat should make wall richer in color.
Step 1: Oil based sealer
Step 2: Sand down affected areas
Step 3: Base coat tomorrow
Step 4: First Coat
Step 5: Second Coat

Dear reglhc
Can you take some close up pictures of HERF floor against the edge of the wall. The width of the plank against the wall. Was it kept nice and tight? I like to see the workmanship. Thanks...
