    Actually wanted a mit elect sys 3 but pricing is arnd 3.5k. Panasonic heard good reviews abt them.. Mine already engaged reno contractor, now waiting for finalized drawing.. Quote me ard 17k.. Workmanship wise quite good..Wet works can finished b4 CNY.. But capentry side need to wait aft dat.. Now sourcing for gas hob and hood.. Lights too.. Went to Jb to recce, lightings was **** cheap..Pocket already bleeding... Hehe..

    Hi bro,I just bought a new flat, installing false ceiling for living / dining. So would you be kind enough to quote for me downlights and for the cove lighting..another thing is it ok to have a fan on the false ceiling 20 downlight ( easy to maintain ) 4 T5 for cove lighting 4 ceiling fan. Thanks in advance!!!

    I've taken up hdb loan, mine approved oreadi.. You can email them for the quotes but only some will entertained you..then you see for yourself.. If you interested then can meet up.

    Me also in the same situation..get a few more quotes b4 so at least can make comparison.. I just got a new msg fr hdb.. Appointment of key collection will in a few weeks time..more stressful
