    Of all the heart attacks my contractor provide, today was one that I cannot accept..

    He wanted to undermount and flush my beautiful blanco sink.. :furious:

    when I specifically want to TOP MOUNT.. I know it will be impossible for me to change to undermount on a later date.. but at least I can change sink right?!?!?! OMG!

    I went to compare my quote with a few in the forum, my capentry is indeed on the ex side but what I feel is that she did not charge me item by item for supplying of labor to install the accessories and piping/ sink/basin and also haulage.

    Not so sure if this is justifiable. In a dilemma now..hehE.

    Still way too expensive...

    I only paid $2300 for L box in living, false ceiling for dining, master bedroom passage way and 2nd bedroom. Also box up all air con piping, feature wall, level up wall between pillars for both bedrooms and living room.

    I got the clock online from www.taobao.com, it's RMB208 before shipping. I saw them selling at molecule at SGD500plus :jawdrop:

    Process to me it's still ok as this is not the first time I did it. Done it at my old place too, so more or less knows what to do and what to look out for.
