The air-con man came a couple of week ago to dismantle the compressor. A interesting find from our neighbourhood, the water pipe flows out to the corridor instead of the usual toilet drainage. You can see the pipe clearly in the photos, our neighbour is very innovative, they channel this pipe to their mini plantation, so free watering every night! What a good way to save water....

We are only getting 2SCV and 2Network point, both at each level. We don't watch cable tv in the bedroom so dont think another one. SCV point at $95 each and he don't do Network point leh?? Find it funny? So contractor have to find another guy to do the cat6 from top level to lower level.

There's a mobile shredder that can come to your house and shred infront of you. Min 100kg from $100 onwards, i dont have that much so not worth asking them to come. Agree with you, feel shiok giving away old stuff!

Aiya... I missed your post earlier, if not you would have avoided all the trouble. I also bought a small burner and tried to burn my confidential doc, but regretted it after doing it for 5mins, not as easy as i thought, paper really don't burn well and really pollute the air. I know home shredder will not work too, previously own one and it got over heated after 15mins. Thinking of buying a heavy duty one but hate the trouble of spending time shredding and it doesn't come cheap. In the end, i called up the recycling company to help me destroy the doc with a small fee and they will give me a certificate of destruction. And at the same time, i gave him alot of other stuff to recycle too, such as old mattress, pillow, spoilt radio, spoilt labtop and etc. Even the toys that I suppose to bring to salvation army, i ask him to take away. Save my trip!

Nothing much has been done to the reno except clearing od debris, new piping and relocate one of the door. Progress is really slow!!! New door entrance to the master bathroom WC pipe

I agree with adidaem, better to make it openable.. Mould will starts to grow and not good for health. Yes confirm bright enough. Good suggestion and you have reminded me, I think my home insurance cover expenses for tracing water seepage... I shall go and double check the contract.

I suggested storage for my house too, at least can hide all their toys when they are guests, but my SO dont like it, he says its a potential trap for getting MORE toys! I like this.. Very neat storage.

How old are your children?? Mine are 5 & 2 and i also scare although mine is not fishbone.. But i think i will not let the younger one go up without adult around and Im getting the safety gate too.

Ya why your window cannot open? My Lady ID suggest change the window to those one piece window type which can open very big then no need fan leh.. Not sure if its good enough to dry up the toulet.

Love this stair! If you are keeping the fishbone design, i suggest you dont build storage below it. The beauty of fishbone is it open up the space and brings in natural lights to your living area.

Totally agree with you, and exactly what my SO said! But my rubbish are those essential things leh, although not use frequently but still will use. E.g. Christmas tree, spare stools, mj table, vacum cleaner, ironing board, tool kits, etc etc... I got a feeling some of these will goes into the children's room Storage.

But the store room already very small, not enough for all our rubbish!

Our initial plan was to move our stuff to one of the bedroom. Lucky we didnt, too much things and the new place is too dusty and messy. But we did store some of our new purchases there. I see you are also doing away with the storeroom, r u relocating somewhere else?

Urs is real fast, i think at this rate ur reno will be finish faster than mine I still have 3 areas pending approval from hdb. Study room wall, main entrance and level up the kitchen.... !!!
