well this is an extract of the electrical works i was quoted. seems abit weird that i am charged $40 per lighting point but downlights i have to supply/pay additionally. Is this normal? Or is this perhaps referring to the cost of the electric wire laying within the false ceilling etc

Supply & install Lighting points 9 nos @ $38/no $342.00 i'm a newbie here as well. Is this supply and installation of lighting points at $38 each, including providing the downlights? everything all in included? My ID quoted me $40 per light point installation, but the quotation included a statement of owner to provide own lighting. Does it mean $40 is purely installation fee?
