Bought this Kettler Bike way back in 2006. It became more of a clothes hanger than an exercising tool. From the pictures, you can see that its not in tip-top condition but it still works. I believe some cleaning and minor servicing to the metallic rusty portion would make it look good. Bought it for 500dollars, willing to let it go for 250 (negotiable). Hi All I bought a resale flat this year and i am intending to move in soon. I've done most of the renovations but the Rod Iron gate seemed to be in okay condition, so i kind change the lock for it. As i also wanted to give it a touch up i was hoping to paint my gate. Initially i only wanted to paint some of the parts gold (basing from the original design), but i noticed that some parts of the main area are rusty and those parts are coloured green (basing on the original design). I would like to seek your advice, 1) what is the recommended type of paint to use for such rod iron gates. 2) is it advisable to sandpaper off the rust before repainting? if i sandpaper off, the areas that i didnt want to paint (green part) will be affected thus i would need to repaint the entire gate.

I just bought an Isaiah mattress from an EXPO housing show recently. Its a its a Toscana 7 Zone mattress. Sales person who sold it to me, told me that it was the roll-royce of mattress but i am paying just a fraction of the price. I was at the home fair at expo yesterday. Main objective was to buy a king size mattress and bed frame. I have to be honest, with brands likes Simmons sealy lotus and other premium brands my wife and I were literally spoilt for choice. We chanced upon this unknown brand asaiah which boasted for being organic and used bamboo charcoal which promoted health benefits. We ended up paying3k+ for their premium series Tuscany which has a 7zone pocketed areas Anyone using the same mattress? Care to share ur experience? :-) Mine will only arrive next jan after my Reno is done

Has anyone bought furnitures from them recently? PLease advice me on your service experience. They have a great collection, but i was turned off by their store policy of making 100% payment before the goods are delivered.

Hi all My ID told me that the main 3-Pin Plug will be plugged in permanently within, thus the oven will be on standby mode 24/7. But basing on my mom's home, the oven has a power supply + 3 pin plug exposed so that she can on it whenever she wants to use. (picture below for your reference) My concern is that, i know that by leaving it run 24/7 on standby will make you waste electricity. please kindly advice. thanks.

I encountered bad service from another company when they came to install my Joven water heater months ago. the hired workers, firstly miscalculated and drilled the wrong sized holes on my wall. secondly they miscalculated and drilled the correct sized holes but wrong distance and they had to "whack" the bracket to shape which i felt was not right at all.

I've decided to take my chance with Epic ideas. I'll keep everyone updated on their workmanship, etc...
