  1. Hi Summer / anyone with Summer's contact, Any one have all the direct contacts? Thanks.
  2. Yup. the contractor quoted me abt $900 for the door. guess it will be much cheaper to do the window instead. but i was thinking that if its a door, when i push that grill to one side, it will be "hidden" by the glass and curtain, so will look better when needed. but $$$$ is the problem. heehee.
  3. Hmm..... I dun really like to grill up my balcony. look like a cage to me. was thinking of doing a grill door at the glass door instead. so it serves the safety purpose but i can still walk out to the balcony to get some open space whenever i like. anyone has done this before? or is there any cons on this method?
  4. Tempted to buy the LG 42" LCD TV with build-in DVD recorder. But the tv is like quite cheap (less than 3k with free home theatre system) considering that its a 42" and with DVD. Scared that its just some beta version. Anyone is using that now? Sometimes things too cheap we also suspect something wrong. hahaha.
  5. Hi hi, teka is having a 3 days promotion now!!!! am thinking of going down to the geylang shop being mentioned to compare the price first. anyone can email me the address for the geylang shop? ---> april2915@hotmail.com
  6. Hi hi, I am thinking of getting the city gas dryer too. Hmm.... since it is "burning gas" inside the dryer, do I need to put the dryer in open area or somewhere near the window? Will the dryer become hot during usage? *sigh* Just found out abt this dryer but the promotion just ended last month !!
  7. We didnt hack anything. Our kitchen is the long (20 feet) and narrow type, so from the kitchen entrance it might look big lah. but we are going to do a L-shape out at the small partition there for sink, so that it wont look so long, and we can partition out an area for laundry. the id didnt draw that in lah, else we cant see the washing machine area. The damage for the kitchen is quite big leh cos we hacked all the tiles. In the quote used to be around 30 feet cabinet X $110 pft + $990 of 15 feet solid surface top + $2450 for wall tiles + $1400 for floor tiles. But now our design all changed after the quotation mah, no more wall tiles on the cabinet side cos we are going to put stainless steel all the way up. top cabinet shifted to the laundry area, so cost will differ too. final cost will be different liao loh. id said dun need to top up lah, but gotta see the final dimension then will know the actual damage loh.
  8. Hi hi, can somemore email me the list as well? To april2915@hotmail.com Thanks.
  9. Ho ho ho, our kitchen design is confirmed! No top cabinet to create a more open look. but there will be more cabinet at the washing area. just in case there's not enough storage space
