Hi LEDguy, thank you for your comments. this is second time change of solid surface top, the result is still unfavourable, although so many complaint from me. finally he had cut hearly half of the price of such poor workmenship.... although i am not willing to accept, it is not obvoius under normal light except using tourch light, so better than wait for another low grade quality replacement, so i accept the offer..... so disappointed....... which mean this is still solid surface but at lowest grade type right?...... thanks

Any comment? what can the material be if this is NOT a solid surface? it seem like polyster base with lamination top..... is that right?

Hi All pro solid surface top lover, recently i engaged a ID to supply solid surface top for my bathroom table top, but i found some peel off and lamination effect on the "solid surface top", just wonder is it normal? how come a solid surface top looks like a lamination top? and so many "JOINT LINE" effect? would it be low grade or face solid surface top? please advise , as i am paying S$120 per foot run.... i dont think it worth so much..... so is a FAKE solid surface?

same excuse given by Elson to me that company policy of refund is one month. but one mth later he gives another excuse, boss not in, nobody sign cheque and etc. the best way is find their home address, distribute Newspaper copy and attached their photo to every neighbour at the place they stay, find their family..... if he change to new employer, find his new employer tell the story,...... lets see where can he go or work .... sure no business for the new employer, doomsday to Elson.... is anyone can get Elson seah home address or his friend or relative? and also the shareholder, directors, and employees of EHG he can run cannot hide.

am sure one day somebody will bring them to justice, as i had a friend who involve in some trading and accuse by some ppl for cheating, it was 5 years ago business dispute, and business being dissolve, he nearly forget the business dispute...... somehow the CAD still come to him and detain him when he arrived at changi airport after his trip with family, the police hand-cuff him for investigation....it was so embarrass to him, i am not sure the final judgement. i am waiting that day come , when company get more business and more ppl being con, i believe the director/ staffs will be handcuffed for investigation and detain one day, make them embarrass and their whole life will be runied. so, dont happy happy think nothing happend now, and continue con ppl, it is only the time not ripe....... god bless cheater ! i afford to lose the furniture money to buy you "cheater" wholelife.

John, pls stand out and tell the truth to all victims here and ask the company apologise to those victims in newspaper and balance pmt exempted/ free furniture to victims to pacify ppl angers. ask your co to purchase from other furniture supplier in SG and fulfil all victims request/ make full refund. your company has been giving many reasons to defer the delivery, we would not be able to tell true and false..... you cant blame the victim as your EX-company really owe us.

Hi All, I were trying to contact the company and also Elson, none of the phone can get through. I am one of the victim as well, would like to ask you all to find a time and meet up to report police or SCT?

i was told by the sales manager, the delay usually caused by fancy customisation from customers, resulted the workmanship is not up to expectation. not sure those facing delay was caused by customisation request? for me, i just requested for delivery on end of June, all factory standard size.... lets proof will it caused delay? will post my update again .

can you pls advice how many square feet you are talking about? eg vanity for how many foot run? 6 ft? 2 ft? show screen, what is the length and height and thickness? does the vanity top is using solid surface top? any mirror? ..... it is better to show by psf or foot run for comparison purpose...
