(Devil hidden cost here!) 1 & 2 only supply labor ! which is very ex. be careful Yes you need a PE to endorsement and approved the hacking for HDB cost around $300 to $500 with and without floor plan. why not combine both together? maybe you can tackle on this. (rem only 1 PE endorsement will cover all hacking in 1 unit) Don't believe? let me help you to get the application ! hahahaa... 1 To supply labour to make good wall with cement after hack existing wall $350.00 between M/B and B2 WAH, EXTRA CHARGE! DO CHECK WITH HIM FOR THE PRODUCT (so 1no mean 1 door only? and you not going to choose the doorf? if yes gd luck to you. the knife very sharp sharp) 2b To supply and install back existing bedroom door $120.00 SHOULD BE CLASSIC DOOR THEY GIVE AT THIS PRICE why can't combine the door frame and door cost together?? basic on the diff cost? Big sorry the rest i cant really comment on it. It's really depends on the materials itself.
