Hello HomeDaze,
Looks okays to me. Some carpentry works like wardrobe and feature wall are quoted slightly higher, Kitchen Cabinet at $120 pfr is fine. Can't say much abt the flooring works cuz got no dimensions but seems okays. Glass, Ceiling and window grilles looks okays too.
So overall okays la. If need another opinion or quote just let me know.

Hi pm_yeo,
If you need i can intro you my renovator. He should be able to settle all items for you.
Dun worry about the paintwork. He's got Singaporeans uncles who do the painting. They'll do a nice protective layer for you.
Let me know if you need the contact.

Hi Gryffindor,
Rates for false ceiling shld be ard $3.5-$4 psf. For L box shld be around $5-6 pfr. Cove light is depending on the design ba cuz it's a mix and match of false ceiling and L box. Hehez

Hi, when you mentioned $120 pfr for the kitchen wardrobe, did you include the countertop material?
Anyway, can you share the indicative prices for the various materials?
solid surface
granite
Quartz
SilesStone (Made in Spain)
CaesarStone (Made in Israel)
Samsung (Made in Korea?)
Thanks!
Hello~
nope.. countertop not included. btw my carpenter is singaporean hahaz thats why i support ( good quality and he very exp )
Solid surface can have a big range from $80 - $150 ( depending on Branding )
Granite usually around $100 - $150
Silesstone and Caesarstone are both high quality Quartz top from Europe, price will be more than $200
There is also Iquartz from Singapore but i heard bad things abt it so will not recommend... Price Around $150 - $200
Samsung Staron is a Solid Surface, price in the same range as Solid surface ( $100 - $128 ), i think they also came out quartz top not too sure but i can ask them if you interested.

Hmmm... i think 27k quite a good deal for a 2room resale lehz... Do take note of the quality tho.

Rough gauge will be around 30k for HDB 3room resale ba... Need the dimensions and details then can estimate better.

Hi AlisaWu, already pm you. $19k inclusive of hacking and submission. your price is way tooooooo high. i can drive mercedes if all my customer are that much.. hahahaha.... By e way im not an Id. We are a group of hands on contractors. Try not to buy ready make furniture, ready make ones are not durable as they are either using hollow or cushion plywood. Cheap but not lasting.
Wow~ 19k able to do all Alisa works?
Dun mind can pm me the quote too?

Hi tarsonis,
the quote looks reasonable to me...

Hi ongstitch,
Hahaz i didn't recommend myself dude. The renovator i recommended is Eddie.
Wellz thanks for being observative but you are right too. I am a renovator myself thats why i have my own projects:)
Tiler Seng can promote himself openly on the forum but i can't do the same because of the rules ma.
Hope you understand:)
Cheers,
