Allo, i am a bit skeptical abt the T&C as i am doing some legal stuff at work now..+ the another ID offered me many foc and lower price..and we are a bit tight budget as we need to overhaul the whole 121sqm area...so have to drop Ideal House, but we like Kenneth's attitude
. Please dun affect by my decision.. -

storeberry, the 5 fluorescent light for $350 include wiring, cabling, switches and the tube itself? If just installation only..abit exp leh.
Btw..is that false ceiling can use lesser PLC? while L-box requires more PLC?

Allo...dun scared by me lah..personally i dun think Ideal house is bad..just that i dun like their T&C. I am dealing with a bit of legal stuff at work therefore i am a bit sketpical when comes to words like " indemify" etc. Btw, ur understanding abt the stopping of work is rite..cos when u sue them, they cannot carry the job and therefore resulting cannot hand over the house in time.

Allo, the T&C is not favourable to customers. Like if u sue them and u cannot sue them cos they delay the handover because it is u who wanted the case and cause the delay of the hand over...

Hi! Did anyone sign up with Ideal House ID? I have a good look at their Terms and Conditions and it dun look "friendly" at all and they are not registered with RADAC. Therefore we cannot use RADAC contract with them rite?

i planned to have 10 PLC ****, 5 at walkway and foyer...and 4 at dining area. how much is one PLC light? i will be signing my contract this week, do ID normally include installation of light? is lighting fitting considered installation?
