Hi All, Can you help me look through the items in the quotation from my contractor? I'm quite ok with the quotes except I think several items can be cheaper: 1. I'm not sure if the quotes for the wall & floor tiles in the masonry works include the cost of the wall/floor tiles itself. If not, how much would it likely cost? 2. kitchen cabinets & kitchen top looks a little bit expensive. Can I negotiate on this? 3. The window grilles & glass windows look expensive.
