Finally chosen our reno ID. BLVE&BLUE / Lamidoor. Will try to update as much as I can when I can. For now, I would just like to share my floor plan for our 5 room standard flat at Ghim Moh Valley. We will start to select the laminate finishes, tiles, and freebies this Saturday. Wish us luck !

Thanks mate. Wifey and I visited them too a few days back and was also serviced by Simon, the MD. He does seem like a decent chap. Also was impressed by the showroom. *** is in my shortlist, but will need to compare the price points with other providers too. Btw, they seem to have change their name from a previous company legal entity called MyIDFactory. I didn't probe Simon further on why. I got the first quote quite quick from BLVE, and on our visit to the showroom, we went through again with Simon to qualify their assumptions on what we need in our reno. Now awaiting the first revision to the quote. Hopefully, we get a good one as their products seems to be ok. Will update you guys subsequently. Thanks to the others too who have also provided decent advises.

Thank you for your comment. So far I didn't get a 100k quote from any ID with my requirements. Unless your "100k" budget meant using gold toilet bowls, I'll keep in mind your "very useful" advice.
